We want you to love your Ella Mae’s Boutique finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
